Located at the top of a canyon, the building responds both to its immediate and regional context.  The canyon stretches from the San Diego Bay up towards the base of the project site, and the building reaches back, extending the living spaces towards San Diego.

The building will contain 79 units, ground floor restaurant TI space, and an amenity deck with some of San Diego’s best views.
