Pegasus is a mixed-use infill project maximizing parking with a tandem puzzle system and 7th floor amenities that will enjoy nearby expansive views of the Coronado Bridge, the bay, and downtown. The top story contains larger penthouse units and accentuates the top level of the project. The design of the building is carefully done to consider the views that will be achieved from the location of the site.
