Originally a commercial district made possible by the streetcar system, El Cajon Boulevard has seen a revival in recent years. This development is part of the trend for higher density along this east-west corridor at the center of University Heights.

The project will be five stories of Type III construction over three stories of Type I. It will provide 107 new apartment units to the neighborhood.

A ground floor tenant space will contain future restaurant. Parking includes two basement stories containing fully automated mechanical systems to park the project.
